Gary Bowser vs. Nintendo

This is about the story between Gary Bowser going up against Nintendo, and soon later being arrested for his crimes. Gary is a hacker sold illegal roms of Nintendo games to people with the hacker group known as Team Xecuter. The FBI have found him for his crimes and Nintendo thanked the FBI for finding him and soon they went to court. Gary faces charges of up to 3 years in prison and an $10 million fine in damages into Nintendo. This is one of the more serious crimes compared to other hackers or other rom websites and this shows people that they shouldn't do illegal stuff because there can be major consequences when get caught.
